A laminate coating to protect against UV Rays is included to give you more options on where to display your Metal Art without worrying about the sunlight causing fading. The coating helps with dust and scuffs. Just a soft cloth and water if it needs it will keep your metal looking fresh. Please do not use chemicals (not even Windex) as it will deteriorate the finish over time. All of my metal prints five foot and under arrive ready to hang (or stand). Want your canvas framed? Float frames are available. For those looking for a larger canvas, over five foot on longest side - the great news is they are available! These canvases are also created here in the USA but go through a different process. They arrive rolled and will need to be finished by a framer of your choice. Your image will be printed on lustre paper, which is a very popular paper option. It is a semi-gloss paper with vibrant colors. These Photographic Prints have a longevity of 100 years in typical display conditions. Paper prints arrive with no mat, backboard or frame therefore will require finishing to display. A note about finishing your image and mats: I recommend matting your image when framing, especially if you will be putting the image behind glass. Besides the visual appeal, the mat keeps your print away from the glass so it does not stick to the glass and ruin your image. Your Fine Art Print will be carefully packaged for shipping.
